Your data stays protected:
Only your email address is required for authorization. No personal data is fully requested.
And very important:
The safe drop-off authorization applies only to the originally registered delivery address. Redirection is not possible, so only the authorized recipient should have access to the shipment.
How do you authorize a safe drop-off?
Once you have your tracking number, you can authorize a safe drop-off here or on our homepage. To confirm, simply enter the recipient’s postal code.
