24 -48 hours standard delivery B2B

The standard transit time for B2B shipments is 24–48 hours nationwide.

24 hours (overnight)

With the overnight shipment service, we offer a guaranteed transit time of 24 hours and a delivery commitment by 4:00 PM for both B2B and B2C shipments. B2C shipments must also include driver notification. It is not available nationwide in Germany, and there are requirements regarding the marking of the shipments.

Scheduled Delivery 12 PM

Scheduled delivery is only possible for overnight shipments. It is carried out on the business day following dispatch by 12:00 PM. It is only bookable for regions where overnight service is also offered, with some additional regional restrictions.

48 hours delivery B2C

The standard delivery time for e-commerce/B2C shipments (to private consignees) is 48 hours. This is due to the fact that we pre advice shipments to private consignees prior to delivery to ensure seamless transport. This lead time might take longer if the consignee chooses to postpone the delivery date.

Fixed Delivery Time

An individual option to have your shipment delivered at a fix date. You will be able to choose a fix date - but not the delivery time!

Pre advice by phone

Type of service, especially for private consignees who are informed of the upcoming delivery by phone. The consignee has the chance to postpone the delivery date.

Pre advice by mail or sms

Service for private consignees, delivery pre advice by mail or sms. The consignees may choose to postpone the delivery date by web-service.

By call of delivery driver

Phone call by delivery driver 30 minutes to delivery. B2C clients will be able to choose a leadtime of 24 hours if pre advised by online shop or retailer.

Delivery to front door

Standard delivery for B2B or B2C consignments. For B2B we respect to local unloading option on site.

Room of choice (one-man-handling)

The driver will deliver your consignment 35kg per colli to your room of choice. This includes the apartment of private consignees. The shipment may consist of more than one colli.

Room of choice (two-man-handling)

Two people will deliver your consignments up to 100kg per colli to your room of choice. This includes the apartment of private consignees. The shipment may consist of more than one colli.

Insurance coverage

Optional full coverage of damage and loss. (mandatory service for room of choice)

Hidden damage

Optional coverages for damages not visible in the delivery process. This may include damaged content of undamaged packages.

Multicolli

A GEL shipment may consist of more than 1 colli. Customers may send multicolli consignments with a small surcharge applicable for each colli.

Pick up /Drop shipping services

We will regularly collect goods from one point to deliver anywhere throughout Europe. This point of collection doesn’t have to be your premises. This is a preferred option for e-commerce retailer to deliver directly from manufacturers, wholesalers, or fulfillment warehouses to private consignees. Applicable also for multichannel solutions including your online or retail point of sale. Of course, you may also choose this service for regular returns from any collection point to your own premises. 

Shipment return

Of course, we will collect shipments delivered by us if required. In case of B2C consignee we will pre advice the collection. This also applies for the room of choice service (1-man- handling, 2-man-handling)

Packaging disposal

You may choose to have packaging removed by us as an optional service on delivery

Return of electric appliance.

You may choose to have the return of old electric appliance as an option on delivery.
